Issued by Columbus Bank and Trust, Aspire Gold Visa Card is made for anyone who requires only the basic functions of a credit card. This card offers standard cardholder benefits, but comes with high interest rates that have minimum caps and an annual fee, which is applied to new accounts. Because of this, the APR may never reach the lowest possible interest rates. Aspire Gold Visa Card requires a fee to open as well as a monthly maintenance fee, which makes the year of opening the most expensive as far as fees. After that, the monthly maintenance fees are fairly reasonable, but the high interest rate makes it hard to carry a higher balance.
