There is no annual fee and the card offers a 0% introductory rate on balance transfers. The card works as both a credit card and a calling card. The calling card includes two free calls to directory assistance each month and up to 30 free phone minutes per month. The AT&T Universal Card also covers the loss of your wireless phone and provides theft insurance.
