Blue Sky from American Express has no annual fee, very low introductory rates and a free rewards program with no blackout dates or travel restrictions. Made for those who have excellent credit who want the advantages of an airline miles reward program, Blue Sky from American Express lets cardholders earn an unlimited amount of points for money spent on purchases. The points never expire as long as the card is active. This card also has a reasonably low interest rate and offers auto rental insurance, an online financial statement at the end of the year, and 'Return Protection,' which credits cardholders for purchases that are nonrefundable within 90 days.
