Each dollar spent on purchases earns cardholders one mile, or two miles if spent through British Airways. Cardholders get bonus miles with their first purchase, as well as a free British Airways companion ticket with the purchase of a participating round-trip transatlantic ticket at the regular price. There is a reasonably low interest rate for purchases and balance transfers and a low introductory rate as well.
