The Discover Platinum American Flag Card is made for people with very good credit who would like a credit card with a reward program. Issued by Morgan Stanley, this card gives cardholders cash rebates for purchases and double Cashback Bonuses for redeeming the rebates for Discover Card Partners' gift certificates. Rebates don't expire as long as the account remains active within 36 months, and there is no limit to how many rebates one can earn. This card also has platinum benefits in addition to the rewards program, no annual fee, an attractive introductory rate on purchases and balance transfers for 12 months, and a reasonably low APR.
