Discover Platinum Card is a credit card for people that have very good credit who are looking for a cash reward program. Issued by Morgan Stanley, cardholders receive a 0% introductory rate on purchases and balance transfers for 12 months. The card offers a reward program in which cardholders earn a percentage in cash rebates for purchases made at certain stores, as well as rebates for spending up to a certain amount.
