The Discover Student Tropical Beach Card, made for people with average or limited credit who want a cash reward credit card, has a reward program that lets cardholders earn cash rebates for purchases. Rebates are limitless and never expire as long as the account is active, and cardholders can also earn a double Cashback Bonus for redeeming rebates for gift certificates through Discover Card Partners. This card has standard benefits and an above average APR, along with a low introductory rate for the first six months or purchases.
