The Executive Plus Prepaid MasterCard, a stored value card made for anyone who has trouble obtaining a standard unsecured card, is issued by BankFIRST. This card requires a bank account to fund the card, where advance payments are transferred from to offset future purchases on the card. There are a few fees in the first year, but the Executive Plus Prepaid MasterCard has no credit checks, no employment requirements, and no security deposits. This card does not, however, report to any major credit bureaus, so it is not made for those trying to establish or reestablish credit.
