The Discover Miles Card is made for anyone with good credit who wants to take advantage of a travel reward program. Issued by Morgan Stanley, the Discover Miles Card has a reasonably low APR, with the highest qualifying applicants earning the lowest rates available. This card has an attractively low introductory rate for the first year of purchases and balance transfers with no annual fee.
