The Mother Love Pre-Paid MasterCard, which has no credit check, no security deposits, and no employment requirements, is a stored value card issued by BankFIRST. Advance payments are required to find the card and pay for future purchases put onto the card. Payments can come directly from the cardholder's paycheck each payday, or from a cash deposit or funds transfer, for a small fee. This card does not report to any credit bureaus, which may be a drawback if trying to build or establish credit, and it has several upfront fees, including an application fee, a processing fee, and a monthly participation fee.
