The Prime Mutual Card is a prepaid MasterCard made for anyone who has had difficulty obtaining a standard unsecured credit card. Issued by New Millennium Bank, the Prime Mutual Card is a stored value card that requires a bank account to fund the credit card account. Future purchases are taken from advance payments put on the card by the cardholder, which can come from the cardholder's account automatically each pay period. This card can also be loaded with a debit card, checking account, or credit card, or by depositing cash at an authorized Heritage Payment Processor or retail distributor, for a fee. Cardholders can also take advantage of the Credit Builder Elite Status Membership for 30 days. This card has no interest applied on the account, no annual fee, and no charges usually found on an unsecured credit cards.
