With a low fixed interest rate for purchases and cash advances, this card is a good option for anyone who plans to carry a revolving balance. It also has a very attractive introductory rate for the first six months on balance transfers, and a very reasonable annual fee for such a low interest credit card, but no extraordinary benefits.
