The card is made for people with limited or average credit history and has a reasonably low interest rate for those who qualify. With no annual fee and a reasonable introductory rate for balance transfers, Union Plus Credit Card also offers unique benefits to its members. There is fraud and protection services, up to $100,000 in travel accident insurance, and zero liability for unauthorized transactions.
