Issued by BankFIRST, the Vaya Prepaid MasterCard is made for anyone who has difficulty getting a standard unsecured credit card. The stored value card doesn't require a bank account to be opened, but payments must be made in advance to offset future purchases put on the card. Funds can be put onto the credit card automatically from your paycheck each pay period and are stored until you make a purchase. This card has a few fees in the first year, but it also has fewer qualifications compared to other unsecured credit cards. There are no credit checks, employment requirements, or security deposit, but it does offer a referral program. It should also be noted that this card doesn't report to major credit bureaus, so don't expect it to help rebuild your credit history.
